Mams & Babies/Toddler Yoga Sessions

Our MUM’s & TOTS FITNESS PILATES classes can help with all the above. 

I currently run Mam (or Dad) and Baby yoga sessions aswell as Mams and Toddlers Fitness Pilates classes in Consett and Stanley   . Courses run in blocks of 4 weeks.

This is a fabulous way of bonding with your baby, making new friends and giving your new born the very best start when it comes to keeping fit! . 

our Mams and Toddler Pilates classes , are also a chance for mams to get a workout in, that they can bring their Toddler along to. We all know toddlers have a mind of their own ha, so they can join in or just play – at least the mams get a work out in, without having to worry about childcare!.
