Our next block of Post Natal Pilates classes are running as follows – 

Mondays 1030am-1115am at DanceMax, Consett , from Monday 25th February 2019 for 5 weeks.  £30 for the 5 week block.

and

Fridays 113oam-1215noon at Taylored Fit Physio, Langley Park , from Friday 22nd February 2019 for 5 weeks. £30 for the 5 week block.
