May class updates and Programmes

Wowzers can you believe its May next week?????. Seriously 2018 seems to be whizzing by at an alarming rate!.  

We have a few programmes kicking off in May and also Monday classes are affected by the two bank holidays and the fact that I am away Monday 14th May , so I have detailed it all below for you. so grab yourself a cup of tea and get reading :-).

I am away a couple dates in May , so please note there will be no classes on the following dates :

Monday classes in May  – there will only be Monday 21st May classes running.  Monday 7th May is  a bank holiday – so depending how many people are here for classes, will depend if class will be on that day, if you can let me know, as I also need to see if we can get the church at Annfield Plain as the Academy is closed on a Bank Holiday.

 

Programmes and specialist classes 

 

Small Group Fat Burning – Saturday 19th May – Tuesday 26th June 2018  £100 per person 

If Summer is your  motivation for stepping up your health and fitness game  , then our next fat burning Small group programme kicking off on Saturday 19th May for 6 weeks, could be for you .  There are twice weekly group workout sessions,  you also get a nutrition guide and access to a private Facebook group, where you can help motivate and support each other along the way .  

Group sessions are as follows : 

Saturday 9.30am-10am @ Delves Lane Village hall.  There is also the option of a Friday evening session 7.30pm-8pm at Annfield Plain church ( this would only be available  Friday 25th May, Friday 1st June, Friday 8th, Friday 15th and Friday 22nd June – no class 18th May as I am away. )

and

Tuesday 7.30-8pm @ Tesco Community Room, Consett. 

 

Small Group Pilates Saturday 19th May – Tuesday 26th June £100 per person

If you are new to Pilates , or maybe you prefer a smaller class enviroment , then our small group Pilates programme could be for you.

Sessions are as follows :

Saturday 8.15am-9am @ Delves Lane Village Hall 

and

Tuesday 6.15pm-7pm @ Tesco Community room, Consett 

Kids Yoga class  – Wednesday 9th May – Wednesday 30th May 

Due to the 2 bank holidays in May , and I’m away Monday 14th May , there will be no Monday evening after school yoga class during May. We do however still have our Wednesday class running 4.15pm-5pm at Believe and Be, Consett.  For kids age 4- 9.   £25 per child for the 4 weeks. 

Family Yoga class – Saturdays 1015am-11am @ Delves Lane Village Hall .

Our family yoga class is doing great, and its a brilliant way for parents and their little ones, to do a class together .  We have 4 more sessions left of the current block – we finish Saturday 19th May,  For kids age 4- 11  £7 per session pay as you go . 

We will be starting another block in June aswell :-). 

Pilates for mams with Toddlers  

Our Wednesday Morning Pilates class for mams with Toddlers is a  brilliant chance for mams with little ones, who don’t always get the chance to get to class, to come along to this toddler friendly class.  The toddlers are happy playing with all the toys, whilst the mams get in a workout, that helps strengthen their core muscles,  and helps tone and strengthen their body, whilst also getting a good stretch. 

Baby Yoga is on a break during May , but will be back in June! 

 

Virtual Classes 

 I know some of you struggle to get to classes sometimes due to work /childcare etc , so in May, I am also introducing Virtual classes! . These will be delivered via a private Facebook group, and so you can do them at any time you can squeeze in your workout.Maybe for you its first thing on a morning, before everyone else wakes up, maybe its after the school run or maybe its late at night, when ever it is, you can just log in the group and select a workout!.    Just £10 per person for May!.
