Today find time to do something you love , yet may not always make time for. Catch up with a friend, bake a yummy cake for tea, just curl up with a book in the middle of the afternoon, something to make your Soul smile .

February Self Love ❤️- Day 22 – Wellness Wednesday

Hello my lovely Mis-Fitters

Are any of you out there fellow Pinterest addicts?.
I can while away many a happy hour or two just pinning away.
At the end of last year, I spied something that I loved the sound of. It was to each week , just pop a little note in a jar of something that had brought joy to you that week. You do this every week for a year, and then on New Years Eve,, you open up your jar, and reread the little notes , so you can look back at all the little joyful moments of 2017!. It’s only February so why not get yourself a jar – mine is an Asda special – £1.50! But you might even have something already in the house. And stRt your own joyful jar!. 😄.

February Self Love ❤️ – Day 21 – Tasty Tuesday

Hello my lovely Mis-Fitters

we have another Tasty Treat Tuesday . These mini Frittatas are brilliant to make in advance and you can literally add in anything you like to make them your own. They can be eaten warm or cold so perfect for busy mornings if made in advance.

Mini Frittatas with tomato and Rocket

Prep time 15mins
Cooking time 20 mins
(serves 6)

1 tbsp extra Virgin olive oil
1 onion chopped
6 eggs
3 tbsp almond milk (otherwise I just use normal milk )
6 cherry tomatoes – quarted
1 handful of rocket or spinach leaves – chopped

1. Preheat oven to 175/gas mark 4. Grease a 6 hole giant muffin tray
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion over a low heat until caramilsed
3. In a bowl whisk the eggs and milk together, then stir in the tomatoes,rocket and onion. Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper
4. Divde the mixture among the muffin tin and bake for approx 20mins or until they set. Allow to cool a little before removing them from the tin.

February Self Love ❤️- Day 20 – Move it Monday

Hello my lovely Mis-Fitters

Did you all have fun planning a little trip yesterday?
even if it’s a dream for the time being, it’s a goal to work toward!.

So hopefully you all had lovely weekends. Today it’s another workout – it’s one of my Yoga based workouts. Yoga twists are brilliant at giving the immune system a little boost and helps dispel toxins from the body by massaging the internal organs.

February Self ❤️ Day 18 – Switch off Saturday

Hello my lovely Mis-Fitters 

Today guys have a digital detox – step away from the phones/laptops/ipads and just switch off .  meet a friend for coffee, curl up with a book, get outside – we seem to have had a mild few days , so hopefully it lasts over the weekend!!.  stick on a movie just step away from the emails and social  media if even just for a few hours.

Anything is indeed possible with Lipstick and champagne! 

so Today go rock your boldest lipstick colour!. Be it Red/pink/burgandy –  no nude lips today,  OPT for a bold colour and go  kick butt today!.  also it is Friday so if you want to have that glass of champagne/prosecco – go for it!

February Self Love – Day 16 – Tone it up Thursday!

Hello my lovely Mis-Fitters 

Tone it up Thursday  – give this little circuit a whirl!

12 x squats
12 x press ups
12 x lunges (6 each side)
12 x Tricep dips – try doing them off the sofa!

go for 3 or 4 rounds!
